One mailbox handles everything: corrections, partnerships, press, data questions, and bug reports. Expect a reply within 2 business days. If you have not heard back after a week, your message probably went to spam — please send it again with a different subject line.
What to email about
Data corrections
Spotted a misattributed incident, a wrong country flag, or an uptime number that does not line up with what you observed? Include the timestamp (UTC), the component name, and a link or screenshot if you have one. Corrections take priority over everything else.
Bug reports
Site broken? Layout busted on a specific browser? Latency probe stuck at -1ms for a country that is clearly online? Send the URL, the time you noticed, and your browser/OS. Screenshots help.
Press & media
Writing about an outage and want raw numbers, screenshots, or a quote? Mention your outlet, your deadline, and the specific data you need. We share aggregated data freely; we do not share individual community reports.
Data API access
There is no public API yet. If you have a concrete use case (research, your own dashboard, an internal alerting system) tell us what you need and the cadence. We will probably say yes if it is low-volume and useful.
Partnership / sponsorship
We do not accept paid placements or sponsored posts that affect the dashboard or editorial coverage. Display advertising via Google AdSense is the only commercial relationship on the site (see Disclosure). If you are pitching something else, describe it briefly — we read every email even if the answer is no.
Legal & takedown
If you believe content on this site infringes a right you hold, send the URL, the legal basis, and your contact information. We respond to good-faith requests promptly and document our decisions on the page.
What not to email about
- Anthropic billing, account, or support questions — we cannot help. Contact Anthropic support directly.
- Prompt help / debugging your Claude usage — try the r/ClaudeAI subreddit or the official Anthropic Discord.
- "My Claude is down right now" — that is what the dashboard is for. The "Report an Issue" button on the homepage is the fastest way to make your data point visible to other users.
Other ways to reach us
- RSS — the /rss.xml feed publishes incidents within minutes of Anthropic posting them.
- Email subscriptions — click Subscribe in the navbar to get notified on major incidents.
- Community reports — the in-app "Report an Issue" button on the homepage is anonymous and rate-limited; we read every submission as part of moderation.
