Resolved: Some users experienced an error when trying to access Claude.ai on desktop and the web from 23:22–23:50 UTC. This issue has now been resolved.
Outage affecting Workspace Creation
Resolved: The issue affecting API workspace creation has been resolved. Impact occurred from approximately 4:15 PM to 7:30 PM UTC.
Monitoring: A fix has been deployed for the issue affecting API workspace creation and we are monitoring for recovery.

Resolved: From 14:32–15:12 UTC, we saw elevated errors impacting various Claude services, including Claude.ai and Claude Code authentication. These errors have been resolved.
Monitoring: We have applied a fix and success rates have returned to normal. We are continuing to monitor closely to ensure there are no further issues.
Identified: We have identified an issue resulting in elevated errors on Claude.ai, including desktop and mobile. Users may experience errors when attempting to login, engaging with voice mode, or completing chats with Claude. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Resolved: From 15:00–16:30 UTC on April 6, we saw elevated errors on login for Claude.ai and Claude Code. This issue also affected some Claude.ai conversations and other product functionality such as voice mode. This issue is now resolved.
Monitoring: We have applied a fix, and are seeing success rates recover across affected services. We are continuing to monitor to ensure there is no recurrence of issues.
