By accessing and using Claude Status (claudestatus.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Claude Status is an unofficial, community-built dashboard that monitors the status of Claude AI services. The service aggregates publicly available data and provides additional features such as global latency monitoring, community reporting, and email notifications.
3. Not an Official Service
This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Anthropic, PBC. "Claude" and related trademarks are the property of Anthropic. For official status information, visit status.claude.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or spam reports
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
- Use automated tools to scrape data or submit requests at excessive rates
- Impersonate Anthropic or claim official status
5. User-Submitted Content
Community reports are public and visible to all users. By submitting a report, you grant us the right to display it on the dashboard. Reports are retained for a maximum of 3 days and are automatically deleted. We reserve the right to remove any report without notice.
6. Accuracy of Data
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely data, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the information displayed. Uptime percentages are calculated from publicly available incident data and may differ from official figures.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on the data displayed.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
