Email Subscriptions

When you subscribe to updates, your email address is stored by Resend, our third-party email service provider. We do not store your email on our own servers.

Community Reports

When you submit a report, we store the category (outage/latency), your description text (max 80 characters), and the submission timestamp. Reports do not contain personally identifiable information and are automatically deleted after 3 days.

IP Addresses

IP addresses are used solely for rate limiting to prevent abuse. They are stored temporarily (60 seconds for report/latency limits) and are not logged, tracked, or associated with any other data.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (page views, visitor count, general geography). Google Analytics may use cookies. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

• No advertising identifiers
• No personal profiles or accounts
• No browsing history beyond standard analytics

• Vercel — Hosting. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — Data storage (KV). Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — Email delivery. Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — Font delivery. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• flagcdn.com — Country flag images.

5. Data Retention

• Community reports: 3 days, then automatically deleted
• Rate limit data: 60 seconds
• Email subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe
• Cached status data: 2–30 minutes

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe from email notifications at any time
• Request deletion of any data associated with you

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
